May 13, 2016 8:29am PST

A massive manhunt is underway in New Hampshire after two police officers were shot early Friday morning.

According to Daily Mail, the officers were each shot at two separate locations in Manchester around 2am. Both are expected to survive, with Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas saying the officers “seem to be fine.”

Few details about the shootings have been released.

“I saw a man kind of stagger a little bit,” a witness told WCVB. “He staggered a few steps and then he called in that he had been shot. That’s when I realized he was a cop.”

The suspect is described as a white man with long hair who was wearing a trench coat at the time of the shootings. He is considered armed and dangerous, and a number of schools and day care centers in the Manchester area were closed on Friday for the manhunt.
