The Obama administration made a despicable announcement on Friday when they BRAGGED about tricking reporters into cheering on Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran by creating a media “echo chamber.”
According to Daily Mail, the White House set up an “echo chamber” of planted experts to take control of the public discussion about Obama’s precious deal. Ben Rhodes, the administration’s top foreign-policy messaging expert, sent out “legions of arms-control experts” to propagandize the positives of the deal, The New York Times Magazine will report on Sunday.
“We created an echo chamber,” Rhodes admitted in the 10,000 word profile of his internal role he played. “They were saying things that validated what we had given them to say.”
Fearing that the president’s intentions would be misunderstood, the administration chose not to engage with the media directly. Instead, Rhodes went with a different strategy.
“In the absence of rational discourse, we are going to discourse the [expletive] out of this,” he told the Times. “We had test drives to know who was going to be able to carry our message effectively, and how to use outside groups like Ploughshares, the Iran Project and whomever else. So we knew the tactics that worked.”
“We drove them crazy,” Rhodes added when asked how they dealt with those critical of Obama’s deal.
It’s disgusting that the Obama administration is now bragging about fooling us all. SHARE if this makes you SICK!
