Hillary Clinton is doing her best to shrug off the FBI investigation into her use of a personal email server during her time as Secretary of State, but what just came out this week is making it harder and harder for her to do that.
Fox News has reported that Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey have been meeting regularly to discuss this case. Specifically, they are talking about which people will be interviewed and the order they will be called, and the fact that the case has moved to this interview stage suggests to many that it’s winding down.
“In a case like this, you get one shot at the queen,” said a source who is not allowed to officially comment on the case, according to Western Journalism. “The pressures are enormous on the agents, as the case has to be airtight and perfect.”
Ron Hosko, former assistant to the director of the FBI, told reporters that the agency is under a ton of pressure.
“This in an incredibly high stakes, high-wire act, timing is of the essence, but being right is absolutely critical,” Hosko said. “Comey must be the one to make the case that the law has been broken and a prosecution is recommended.”
Hook added that he believes Comey and Lynch are having daily briefings to discus the investigation.
We can only hope that this investigation ends with Hillary going to prison. SHARE this story if you think she belongs in jail!
