Hillary Clinton is trying to hide her staunch anti-gun stance so that she can get elected, but a newly-leaked piece of audio footage has just revealed what she REALLY thinks about the Second Amendment.
The Washington Free Beacon recently obtained an audio recording of Hillary talking to an anti-gun crowd at a “small private fundraiser in New York,” and what she had to say is disturbing. According to Conservative Tribune, Hillary can be heard on the recording saying that the Supreme Court was “wrong on the Second Amendment.”
“And I am going to make that case every chance I get,” she added.
Hillary went on to support a ban on “assault weapons” similar to the largely ineffectual ban passed by Congress and signed into law by her husband, President Bill Clinton. This ban mercifully expired under the leadership of George W. Bush.
“I was proud when my husband took (the National Rifle Association) on, and we were able to ban assault weapons, but he had to put a sunset on so 10 years later, of course, Bush wouldn’t agree to reinstate them,” Hillary said.
“I’m going to speak out, I’m going to do everything I can to rally people against this pernicious, corrupting influence of the NRA,” she said. “And we’re going to do whatever we can.”
“The idea that you can have an open carry permit with an AK-47 over your shoulder walking up and down the aisles of a supermarket is just despicable,” Hillary added.
