BREAKING: Texas Mosque Shut Down For Funding Terrorism

December 11, 2015 8:41am PST

A north Texas mosque has been shut down after it was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in American history.

A judge ruled that there is more than enough evidence that the Islamic Association of North Texas helped the Holy Land Foundation in funding millions of dollars to a Palestinian military terrorist organization that then used the money to kill Israeli children.

According to 800 Whistleblower, the Richardson, Texas mosque, also known as the Dallas Central Mosque, was set up as a front to fund Hamas and terrorist activities by funding the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF). The HLF was designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. government in 2001.

In 2009, the Department of Justice said in a statement that “the HLF intentionally hid its financial support for Hamas behind the guise of charitable donations.” It added, “HLF and these five defendants provided approximately $12.4 million in support to Hamas and its goal of creating an Islamic Palestinian state by elimination the State of Israel through violent jihad.”

Armed protestors and members of the Bureau of American-Islamic Relations (BAIR) are planning to launch an armed protest for the Richardson Mosque this week. For the sake of our country, however, we can only hope the government does not back down and keeps this terrorist front mosque closed.
