A Baltimore thug has been arrested after he covered two of his coworkers in gasoline and set them on fire in the middle of a highway.
Christopher Harrison Jr., 28, had walked to a gas station after one of their cars ran out of gas on Friday. According to Daily Mail, they then broke out into an argument, which they decided to settle with a fist fight. Harrison, however, decided to set two of them on fire instead.
Disturbing video footage shows the two men on fire running around the highway screaming for help. One can be seen rolling on the ground to extinguish the flames, clad only in his underwear after his clothes were burned off.
One of the victims suffered burns on 90% of his body and is currently in critical condition. The other has been identified as David Campbell, and he suffered burns on 60% of his body. According to a GoFundMe set up for him, he is now in stable condition.
Though the exact reason for the disagreement was not known, witness Anthony Rodriguez, who works with all three men, said they had an ongoing issue with each other.
“They kept pushing him and pushing him, saying that they wanted to fight him,” Rodriguez told WBAL-TV.
“They had agreed to settle it,” added witness David Widener, who recorded the grizzly footage. “Nothing besides that was said, even leading up to the altercation. They both took their shirts off and appeared like they were going to fight.”
Rodriguez said it was then that Harrison threw gas on the men.
“It just happened so quick,” he said.
Harrison has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He is currently being held without bail.
