On Friday night, hundreds of people flocked to The Fright Night Haunted Dreams attraction in Austin, Texas to celebrate the Halloween season. Unfortunately, the nightmare became a reality for one teenage boy there when he was attacked by a man who began to eat him.
Witnesses say they were about halfway through the house when they came to a scene of a man biting into his victim who was laying in a dirty bathtub. At first, it seemed like just another creepy scene, but when they boy began loudly screaming for his life, the witnesses quickly realized that this was VERY real.
“I don’t think I can put into words what I saw. It will haunt my dreams forever,” witness Paul Calloway told Now8News. “This sick ass man bit into this dude’s arm and I could literally see tendons being pulled out. The screams were unlike anything I had ever heard before. This boy was in some serious pain. I mean imagine being eaten alive!”
The witnesses immediately decided to take action, and Texas gun owner Mike Sullivan drew his weapon.
“I unholstered my weapon and drew on this creep,” Sullivan recounted. “I got about one foot away from him and shot him once in the leg, and again in the shoulder. Just enough to make him stop until police arrived.”
Police and medics rushed to the scene, but it was too late for the teenage boy. The unidentified 17 year-old was dead by the time they arrived.
28-year-old Philip Harris was arrested and is currently being held without bond in solitary confinement in Austin.
