Obama has never had any respect for Christians, but this is low even for him…
As soon as Pope Francis left for Rome, President Obama issued a stern warning to Christians in which he promised them that any attempts to use their religion to fight gay rights would ultimately fail.
“We affirm that we cherish our religious freedom and are profoundly respectful of religious traditions,” Obama said during a dramatic speech at a LGTB fundraiser in New York City on Sunday. “But we also have to say clearly that our religious freedom doesn’t grant us the freedom to deny our fellow Americans their constitutional rights.”
According to Breitbart, the fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee was billed as an “LGBT gala” and specifically coordinated with Obama’s trip to the United Nations Assembly.
“America has left the leaders of the Republican Party behind,” the president went on to declare proudly. Obama then mocked Governor Mike Huckabee for saying that “Americans should just disobey the Supreme Court’s ruling entirely.”
“I’m sure he loves the Constitution — except for Article III,” Obama said mockingly. “And maybe the Equal Protection Amendment. And 14th Amendment, generally.”
Obama ended his speech by promising the crowd that he would continue to fight Christians in the name of gay rights.
“What makes America special is, is that though sometimes we zig and zag, eventually hope wins out,” he concluded. “But it only wins out because folks like you put your shoulder behind the wheel and push it in that direction.”
Obama isn’t even trying to hide his anti-Christian agenda now. This proves that he has gotten WAY too comfortable in office, and that we need to get him out of there before he does some real damage to our church!
