The View is a liberal talkshow that has been on it’s last legs for quite sometime now, and what they just did could finally be what gets them cancelled.
While talking about the Miss America pageant a few weeks ago, the idiot cohosts of the show poked fun at Miss Colorado Kelley Johnson for wearing her nursing scrubs to perform a monologue about her job.
According to American Overlook, Johnson is a registered nurse who recounted her heartbreaking experience with an Alzheimer’s patient in the monologue. The View hosts, however, weren’t having any of it.
“Why is she wearing a doctor’s stethoscope? She’s only a nurse,” loudmouth host Michelle Collins said. “She came out in a nurse’s uniform and basically read her emails out loud and shockingly did not win. I was like, that’s not a real talent.”
Nurses all over the country quickly rallied behind Johnson, and the hashtag #nursesunite started trending. The View desperately tried to issue an apology, saying, “We love nurses. We adore you. We respect you. You guys are wonderful,” but it was two late. They’ve already lost two of their major advertisers, as well as tons of their viewers.
We can only hope that this is what finally puts The View off the air for good…
