Kid Rock and Ted Nugent are two musicians who have never been afraid to express their conservative views. Earlier this year, Kid Rock came out as a conservative, and he has spent the summer trying to defend the Confederate flag from liberal nitwits. Meanwhile, country singer Ted Nugent has been defending Donald Trump and slamming Megyn Kelly for her behavior during the debate last week.
This week, Nugent and Kid Rock teamed up to play a sold out show in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan. According to Conservative Tribune, the surprise duet occurred when Kid Rock was kicking off a record-breaking string of 10 sellout shows at Detroit’s DTE Energy Music Theater. The 15,000 fans in attendance had NO idea that Nugent would be performing as well.
“Just as Rock was launching into the intro of ‘Cat Scratch Fever,’ Nugent stormed the stage and demonstrated why he was named Detroit’s Greatest Guitar Player of All Time by readers of MLive,” Nugent’s website recounted.
Nugent’s performances at the DTE Energy Music Theater are legendary, as he’s been selling out the venue since the 1970s. He celebrated his 6,500th show there last summer in front thousands of loyal fans.
In the liberal entertainment world in this country, it’s rare to see artists who are so unafraid to express their conservative views. We applaud Kid Rock and Ted Nugent for continuing to not let liberal idiots silence them!
