For the last few weeks, we have been reporting on Donald Trump, who found himself the target of liberal backlash after he criticized the U.S.’s relationship with Mexico during his campaign announcement.
While many didn’t take Trump seriously as a presidential candidate at the beginning, that all changed last week when polls revealed that Trump is currently the frontrunner in the race for the GOP nomination.
Over the weekend, Trump learned that his numbers are still on the rise, and that he now has a towering lead over other GOP candidates with 24.9% of the vote. In the wake of this good news, the business mogul revealed what the first thing is that he plans to do as president, and it’s amazing.
According to New York Daily News, Trump announced on Monday that when he became president, the first thing he’ll do is increase the U.S. military’s strength and get rid of President Obama’s Affordable Care Act.
“Our country is a mess and there’s so many things that we could do,” Trump said on Fox & Friends. “I want to build up the military so nobody messes with us. I would bring it (military levels) back to where it was at the height because we’re in such trouble.”
“And I would absolutely repeal and replace Obamacare,” he added. “We would make a strong border, people are pouring through. Illegal immigration is a big, big thing.”
Trump also said that his administration would be comprised of “business people, not political people.”
Since Obama hates the American soldiers, our military has taken a major hit since he became president. It would be amazing to have a leader in office who respects our military and actually wants them to be strong!
