If you’re like most people, you’ve probably never heard of the TLC reality show All American Muslims. The reality show, which had the support the terrorism-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other pro-Islam organizations, was meant to show Americans that even followers of strict faiths can be normal people.
Unfortunately, nobody watched it, and the ratings plummeted until TLC eventually cancelled it.
However, before it’s cancellation, the superstore Lowe’s caused national outrage when they backed out of being a sponsor for the series. Even though it was clearly a financial decision, and their company has every right to decide when and when not to spend their money, liberals everywhere were livid about their decision. CAIR called for a national boycott of the store, and newly-elected Congressman Ted Lieu (D-CA), slammed Lowe’s as “bigoted, shameful, and un-American.”
Finally, the Christian organization Family Florida Association stepped in to offer their support.
“All-American Muslim represents propaganda that riskily hides the Islamic agenda’s clear and present danger to American liberties and traditional values,” a spokesman for the association told the press, adding that they would stand by Lowe’s no matter what.
In the end, Lowe’s was mostly unaffected by the backlash. The attempts to boycott them failed, and the store is still going strong all over the country. Nice try, liberals, but traditional values won out in this case once again!
