Officer Jared Frazier of he Albuquerque Police was out on patrol when he noticed a car swerving in and out of lanes on the highway. He pulled over the vehicle, and quickly suspected that the 23 year-old driver was heavily intoxicated.
Frazier politely asked Deanna Griego to get out of her car, but she wasn’t going down without a fight.
“I’m going to school for being a cop,” Griego said. “I have a speech impairment. It’s embarrassing.”
As she continued to make excuses, Griego subtly hid her cellphone in her skirt. Moments later, she failed a sobriety test and was found to have a .13 BAC and she was immediately arrested.
At the station, Griego asked to use the bathroom, so Frazier uncuffed her. From the bathroom, she was heard asking someone on the phone, “How can I get this officer in trouble?”
Frazier interrupted her, saying “Go ahead and step out. You’re on the phone; you need to step out.”
Griego then dropped a bombshell accusation.
“You were inappropriately touching me while I was waiting in the car,” she said to the cop. “Please don’t touch me.”
While it may seem like Frazier was about to be in big trouble, he wasn’t worried at all thanks to his dashcam.
“The whole thing’s on video ma’am; you can say whatever you like,” the Officer Frazier concluded.
While this story had a happy ending, this is only thanks to the officer’s camera in his police car. Were it not for that, liberals would likely have rallied around Griego and done everything they could to get Frazier fired. This footage shows just how difficult it is to be a cop these days. We thank them for all that they do to protect us!
