Duck Dynasty teen Sadie Robertson is under fire from liberals once again this week after she attended the Women of Faith conference in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend. While speaking at the event, which she attended along with her mother Korie Robertson, the 17 year-old was open about her strong Christian beliefs.
“May the LORD bless you and protect you,” the reality star posted to social media on May 2. “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you. May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace. (Numbers 6:24-26 NLT) #womenoffaith.”
“It was a true honor to speak at the women of faith conference with some of the most inspirational women in the world, including my momma,” she added, according to Christian Post.
After the event, fellow speaker of Steve Arterburn, founder of New Life Ministries, praised Sadie for her strong Christian values.
“Sadie Robertson just off the stage from Women of Faith,” Arterburn shared on Facebook along with a photo. “You can see her on ‘Duck Dynasty.’ You saw her in ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and you can read her book, Live Original. She is a real Woman of Faith.”
This is far from the first time that Sadie has used her celebrity to promote Christianity. Later this month, she will be the headline speaker at SoulStock, a Christian music festival that is devoted entirely to worship and giving thanks to God.
We applaud Sadie for continuing to spread the world of God and using her celebrity to expose young people to Christianity.
