At the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, Bradley Cooper won Best Male Performance for his portrayal of Chris Kyle in the hit movie American Sniper. Liberal executives at MTV undoubtedly wanted the actor to give a “fun” speech that would ignore the American sniper himself, but Cooper had other ideas.
“Thank you, thank you. I want to thank MTV and the fans,” Cooper said onstage. “It’s because of you that we have brought awareness for what the men and women in the military do everyday for us.”
“Chris Kyle would have been 41 this week,” he added. “Chris, this is for you.”
We applaud Cooper for using this platform to pay tribute to both Chris Kyle and the military in front of America’s youth.
