Congressman Makes Major Move To Impeach Obama

A member of the House of Representatives has just made a move that could finally get Obama impeached.

Rep. Ted Yoho, R-Fla., is preparing to introduce a resolution that would specifically set the House’s definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors” that would directly challenge the things Obama has done. This is being called the single most important move made by a Republican towards Obama’s impeachment.

The resolution lists “failing to take care that the laws be faithfully executed through signing statements or systematic policies of non-enforcement” and “substituting executive agreements for treaties” as two of eleven high crimes that would be considered “impeachable.”

Obama has made many moves that fit into Yoho’s criteria for impeachment, including his refusal to enforce immigration laws and his threat to congress about Iran.

Yoho says he believes his resolution will cause a “firestorm,” and that race baiters will immediately accuse the GOP of trying to impeach Obama because he’s black. However, he promises he won’t back down, saying “this is strictly about the rule of law.”

The congressman added that it was Obama’s executive amnesty that was the last straw for him, calling it a “blatant, in-your-face ‘I’m above the law and I’m going to do what I want. I’m a dictator, I’m a king’”
