Senator Teaches Obama Official A Lesson About Terrorism and Guantanamo Bay

On Thursday, a Senate panel had a meeting to discuss the exchange the Obama administration made in which they traded 5 Guantanamo Bay prisoners for American soldier Bowe Bergdahl.

According to Political Insider,¬†Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Brian McKeon told the panel that it was Holder’s Department of justice that signed off on the illegal trade.

McKeon then defended Obama’s desire to close Guantanamo, saying the prison is only making terrorists more angry. He even claimed that ISIS terrorists are wearing orange jumpsuits as a reference to Guantanamo, which is a laughable argument indeed.

Luckily, Senator Tom Colton (R-Ar.) was there to give McKeon a dose of reality, and let him know exactly how foolish his arguments were.
