In an interview with Larry King, Willie Robertson admitted that he doesn’t necessarily agree with his father’s views on homosexuality. Referring to Phil’s highly controversial GQ interview, Willie said, “We stood by our father. We stood by him as a family again. Some of the things he said in that interview I didn’t agree with and I’ve even said so, and he’s even come out and said, ‘Yeah, that was a mistake.’ With things leading to bestiality, it was a mixed bag there of things. And then he quoted a Scripture, and that’s what’s in the Scripture. What I want people to know and what we’ve said over and over and over is that we love everybody.”

Willie also admitted that he works with many people who identify as gay, especially on his newest business venture, the Duck Dynasty musical. This flies in the face of every liberal argument that conservative Christians are intolerant. The Robertson family has many colleagues who hold opinions which differ from their own, however, they are more than capable of working together in harmony. Share this report to expose the lie that those who hold biblical views are discriminatory.
