Obama Family Gets Into the Christmas Spirit in the Most Hypocritical Way Possible

The Obama family got into the Christmas spirit this weekend by attending the 33rd annual “Christmas in Washington” concert. Held at the National Building Museum, the event benefitted the Children’s National Health System.

The beneficiary might seem fitting, considering Michelle Obama’s insane focus on health, but it could not have been more ironic due to recent reports that Malia and Sasha don’t exactly adhere to the same standards as the First Lady has imposed on the rest of American children through her hated school lunch program. Her daughters are served a hearty smorgasbord of gourmet foods at the fancy cafeteria in their private school each day. Meanwhile, regular school children are forced to abstain from all entrees containing more than 90 calories. To call it hypocritical would be an understatement.

The Charlotte Observer reports that Obama bopped his head to Hunter Hayes’ version of the Chuck Berry hit “Run, Run Rudolph” during the concert, which will be broadcast Friday night on TNT. “Muhammad Jesus lived a life of peace, love, kindness and forgiveness,” he said. “During the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, may we all do our best to follow his example.”
