An upgraded version of Grand Theft Auto made for Playstation 4 and Xbox One, allows players to have animated sex with a prostitute. The act is shown from the player’s point-of-view. Despite causing massive controversy over adult content and violence, the wildly popular game has already broken sales records.

The newest version of Grand Theft Auto allows players to have sex with a prostitute from a first-person perspective. They can even beat her up afterwards if they want. In previous versions of the game, prostitutes did exist, though players were not able to simulate sex with them. Now, gamers can go so far as to murder the girl when they’re done with her and take back the money they paid her.

In other scenes, a player can watch from behind the wheel of their stolen car as a prostitute performs oral sex on them. Then they can have sex with her as she moans and makes X-rated statements. Even veteran players of the game find it upsetting.

It is this sort of explicit sex and violence that has made Grand Theft Auto the best-selling game of all time. In September of last year, after the first iteration of GTA 5 was released, it made a billion dollars in just three days. This new version is set to rake in even more money for Rockstar Games.

There is absolutely no reason that simulated sex with a prostitute and murder should be widely available via video game. This is going too far. It will only lead to desensitization on these subjects. Individuals will become more comfortable with deviant sex and violence because of this game. In this day and age, that is not what society needs.

Do you think that this sexually deviant and violent video game will lead to introverted gamers acting out their sick fantasies on screen first and then later in real life? This seems to be a very clear sign of the degradation of society. Tell us what you think of this game in the comments section.
