A retired NYPD sergeant is suing a female cop after she sent him a photo of herself in a catsuit, then cried sexual harassment.

Retired Sgt. David John, 41, claims he is a victim of “gender stereotyping” as he was manipulated and used by the attractive Officer Ann Cardenas.

“She used her obvious attractiveness to manipulate him as her director supervisor as well as other male employees into being treated more favorably,” John said in the discrimination lawsuit filed Sunday.

In the suit, John said that he and Cardenas engaged in a consensual relationship from October 2011 until she accompanied him to file retirement in 2013 before going to a celebration lunch.

As soon as John was gone, Cardenas accused him of sexually harassing her inside their precinct. The retired Sgt. now says that is far from the truth.

“Inside of the 83d Precinct lounge on more than one occasion Ann Cardenas voluntarily performed oral sex on him,” the suit states.

Cardenas also allegedly showed Johns video of herself dancing nude.

John’s lawyer, Eric Sanders, is also attacking the NYPD for immediately condemning his client and believing Cardenas’ story without investigating it further. Police confiscated John’s weapons immediately after he was accused because Cardenas expressed fear that he might hurt her.

“The police department rushed to judgment and should have done a more complete investigation,” Sanders told reporters.

The sexy catwoman photo that Cardenas sent to John is just one piece of evidence he has of their consensual relationship. He also bought her TV, a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, the former Sgt. has numerous explicit text messages that the female cop sent him.

The suit is seeking unspecified money damages from both Cardenas and the NYPD. Do you think John has a good case? Let us know in the comments below!
