Big government has always been the backward execution of the intended rights of Americans, but now the laws for Obamacare are being executed in a disgustingly unconstitutional manner. In 2015, our government will begin activating “incentives” that were a part of the Affordable Care Act that will push people into signing up for Obamacar “or else”.
By “incentive”, the legal act will be “penalize”. IF you fail to get the government mandated health insurance, you and your children will be facing hefty fines. Yes, your children are now accountable to the government before voting age because of your decision as their parent/legal guardian.
These penalties are not just an annual fee, but a shockingly steep financial assault on each family that chooses to abstain from the government controlling their personal health practices.
“The penalty is meant to incentivize people to get coverage,” said senior analyst Laura Adams of InsuranceQuotes.com. “This year, I think a lot of people are going to be in for a shock.”
The fee in 2014 for not acquiring an Obamacare-approved health insurance is $95 per person or 1% of total income (whichever is higher) and that money would be deducted from their tax return in 2015. And kicking it’s own citizens when they are down, the government rate increases to $325 per adult and $162.50 per minor per household in 2015.
Finally, if you abstain the policy purchase and the penalties, the IRS is authorized to raid your home, seize property and imprison you. Oh, or shoot you with their new militarized AR-15’s in the back if you do not comply and run as a fugitive.
So the government has taken to bullying us the way an innocent kid has to turn over his lunch money and starve all day or get pummeled. That’s the incentive. Shame on the government for calling us wimpy citizens.
So the only real chance the American public has against the Obamacare Infestation is if the Supreme Court ruling expected in Spring 2015. The court has to rule against the Affordable Care Act over its illegal federal subsidies, at which point the law could crumble instantly.
In a shocking change of support, even democrats that rallied for Obamacare are seeing the personal effects on all citizens that this whopping mistake of legislation is taking.
Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama.
Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law.
“Of course, I want people to have health care,” Vinson said. “I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.”
