This State Just Gave Radical Islam the Middle Finger

Alabama voters came out in droves to voice their opinion on radical Islam at the ballot box. An overwhelming majority of patriots voted to pass an amendment to Alabama’s state constitution which will ban courts from considering foreign codes of law, most notably Islamic Sharia Law.
Alabama Statewide Amendment 1 reads:
“Called “The American and Alabama Laws for Alabama Courts Amendment,” Amendment 1 relates to the application of foreign law during the legal process involving an Alabama citizen. Foreign law refers to the laws of other countries or cultures. Currently, judges or other legal authorities discern whether foreign law is applied. Amendment 1 would create constitutional protection that foreign law is not applied if it violates the guaranteed rights of Alabama citizens.”

Boom! This amendment will ensure that no radical Muslim gets off the hook for committing a heinous crime in the name of Islam. It will also protect Alabama residents who become the victims of Islamic attacks, which are becoming more and more frequent thanks to Obama’s progressive agenda which has allowed Islamic organizations to breed homegrown terrorists on U.S. soil.
As you might suspect, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), was outraged over the amendment. They took to Facebook to express their outrage, saying the legislation is “virulently racist” and motivated by “outright hostility towards Muslims.”
