SCOTUS Deals Christians Slap In The Face On First Day Back

The Supreme Court returned on Monday with a shocking decision that has Christians everywhere fuming.

SCOTUS announced that it will not be taking any of the same sex marriage cases that they have been appealed to their court. This means that any state that has lost the right to define marriage as between a man and a woman must now adhere to the lower courts decision and allow gay marriage.

A total of 11 states fall into this category, bring the number of states that allow gay marriage to 30. Virginia, Indiana, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Colorado, Kansas and Wyoming were the eleven states directly affected by today’s decision.

On top of these states, the District of Columbia allows gay marriage as well. This ruling will likely stand until at least next year, since there are no other relevant cases on the Supreme Court’s docket.

The decision was a cowardly way for SCOTUS to shirk the responsibility of ruling on gay marriage. Whether you agree with gay marriage or not, you must admit that this is not the way the issue should be decided.

The choice is also a slap in the face for Christians everywhere who were hoping that the Supreme Court would step in to protect traditional marriage. This decision means that more than half of the United States has legalized gay marriage, and it suggests that it won’t be long before the rest follow suit.

The one government body that could put a stop to this madness has now given up the fight and exposed themselves as the cowards they are. The Supreme Court was once a respected group of judges who were unafraid to state their opinions. Now, they are just a pack of scared sheep hiding under their desks.

Can gay marriage still be stopped, or is this a battle that the libtards will win? Sound off in the comments below!
