The first black Attorney General of the United States is preparing to announce his resignation later on today. In an unprecedented move, it appears that Eric Holder has finally broken down after 5 1/2 tumultuous years as head of the Department of Justice.
Two separate sources, both close to the DOJ, have reported to NPR that Holder will announce his resignation as soon as his successor is confirmed.
