Chef Gives Michelle Obama & Health Freaks Everywhere The Middle Finger

San Fransisco chef James Chu has temporarily closed his Chinese restaurant after becoming frustrated with hard to please customers. He has placed a sign on the door to his establishment, letting patrons know why So Restaurant has closed it’s doors. The notice reads, “We’re closed because of you customers. Yes, we use MSG! We don’t believe in organic food. And we don’t give a f*** about gluten-free.”

The straw that broke the camel’s back was an ungrateful customer who left the restaurant without paying because he claimed his meal was dissatisfactory. After posting his first sign, Chu made another, which reads, “We work hard to please everyone, but we know we can’t. So if you’re a hard to please, please just turn around and go somewhere else. Thanks!”

Michelle Obama has made it her mission to shove healthy foods down the throats of Americans, much to the dismay of patriots who are feeling the strain of an increasingly overbearing government. As a result, some liberals have taken their health standards to the extreme. The DailyMail explained some of the concerns certain people have with Chinese food, like that served at So Restaurant:

Soy source is one of the most popular ingredients used in Asian cuisine, but it contains gluten so a visit to a Chinese restaurant can generally prove tricky for customers who are allergic to it.

The FDA considers the addition of MSG to foods to be ‘generally recognized as safe’.

Although many people identify themselves as sensitive to MSG, in studies with such individuals given MSG or a placebo, scientists have not been able to consistently trigger reactions.

Over the years, FDA has received reports of symptoms such as headache and nausea after eating foods containing MSG which it has not been able to verify.

What do you think of Mr. Chu’s response to some very picky foodies? Sound off in the comments section!
