Obamas Shoot For Pity Party, End Up Contradicting And Humiliating Themselves

Obama has made clear, time and time again, that he loves himself so very much, and in all reality, there is none who top him in notoriety or importance. That being said when he shot for a pity party, Michelle was simultaneously contradicting him making them both appear that fools so many Americans know them to be.

The laughingstock all started when Obama decided to share how hard life is on the First Family on account of the life and duties of the president. While describing the utter hardships endured, Obama noted:

“The only other thing I want to say is, thank you to the families. You know it is, uh — Michelle was traveling to St. Judes today to be with the amazing kids there, and the doctors and staff, who help families going through really tough diseases. But she would be the first one to testify that being married to a politician is not easy. And being the partner of a politician, being the child of a politician, it’s hard. Sometimes you see your loved one attacked, sometimes you see them not appreciated, and they’re away too much, and you’re having to shoulder some of the burdens of family”

Trying to relay how hard it is for his family to watch as the nation doesn’t “appreciate” him, Weasel Zippers put it best when they comically added, “If only the commoners were smart enough to appreciate the sheer awesomeness that is Barack Obama.” However, at the same time those remarks were being made, Michelle was making a few of her own in yet another intended violin playing session.

While trying to convey the difficulties that fall upon the shoulders of the First Lady, she stated that being married to the president can be hard.

Poor her – it must be so hard spending all that money that isn’t hers. Maybe it’s just her way of getting her mind off the excessive things asked of her in such a position.

Amidst a speech to St. Jude hospital children, that we reported on yesterday in which she caused significant irritation as families of children weren’t allowed into the hospital for the sake of Michelle’s security, she made the remarks. During that time, she whined:

[S]ometimes living in the White House and being married to the President and trying to live a life like that, it can be hard.

Who doesn’t appreciate the president now Mr. President? It seems that the disappointment of not being “appreciated” once again falls upon no one’s mind but your own. It’s sad when Obama can’t admit the terrible job he’s doing when even his wife no longer wants him to be president.
