A recent poll found that if the 2012 Presidential election was held today, Romney would beat Obama by nine points. If you recall, he only lost the election by four points. NBC chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd reacted to the news the polling data revealed with some startling comments about Obama:
“It’s all about the president. You know his average job rating in the competitive senate races is 38 percent? This is a country that is fatigued from this president – that in some ways, the more foreign policy problems that pop up, you see in the poll numbers, you see a lack of confidence in him. So to me those polls are more reflective of Obama the person and the president. It says nothing about the state of, for instance, either party.”
Even those within his own party are starting to turn on Obama. Let us know what you think of Todd’s statement in the comments section!
