Degradation of Society: Marriages To 3, 4 or 5 Spouses Coming Soon

As Liberal ideology continues to corrode what’s left of the very basic of American ideals, it seems that a traditional marriage – between one man and one woman – may be coming to an end. According to a recent ruling, a Judge has recently “opened the door” to the possibility of one day being able to marry 3, 4 or even 5 spouses at once.

The ruling comes out of Virginia where a three-judge panel from the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the state’s amendment declaring marriage be defined as the union between one man and one woman. The rabble rousing seems to have been brought up by the LGBT community (comprised of only 3% of Americans), in which they hoped to broaden the definition of marriage to include themselves.

Amidst their temper tantrum however, it seems that the notion in which was struck down, also allows for the potential of polygamy to sneak its way in there in the time being. According to Liberty Counsel Special Counsel Rena Lindevaldsen:

First you have the court proclaiming that the right is ever-expanding, and then you have this language that adults should be free to choose to love who they want to love. We already have challenges to the polygamy bans. We have a movement out there suggesting that two, three, four, five people should be able to come together in the marital union. So this opens that door entirely. Once you’ve opened the door past one man and one woman, which has historical and foundational roots, what’s to say the line can’t be drawn to allow two, three, four and five people to marry?

So what do you guys think – is allowing for adjustments to the foundations of our country a slippery slope? Let us know your thoughts on the entire ordeal in the comments below.
