Welcome to Obama’s police state ladies and gentlemen where the physical abuse runs rampant and accountability is non-existent. Proving that society is in fact degrading to such a state, cell phone video recently captured a gang of uniformed police officers physically beating an innocent man for simply standing on the sidewalk.
Video depicts Christopher Kozak simply exiting a bar due to a fight within – the initial reason for the police presence. When Kozak turned around to locate his girlfriend who was previously accompanying him, viewers look on as the innocent man is jumped by police officers for an undisclosed reason.
Kozak was grabbed from behind, assaulted and kneed several times before eventually being thrown to the ground. From there, almost countless police officers piled atop the man in order to place him in cuffs.
Needless to say, Kozak has since hired an attorney and is filing suit against the Buffalo police department. Although many of the assaulting police officers remain unidentified, they do list Robert Eloff who just so happens to be a multiple offender that likes to hid behind his badge.
According to The Free Thought Project, “Eloff was caught on video slapping the camera out of a woman’s hand for filming him in April,” as well as kicking another victim down a flight of stair resulting in brain injury during a separate incident.
How many times does an officer get to blatant step outside the confines of his duties and get away with it? Let us know your thoughts on this in the comments below.
