Border Patrol Agent Defies Obama’s Gag Order, Exposes His Crimes

Oh sovereignty! The United States of American is supposed to be a sovereign nation. A sovereign state is a nonphysical juridical entity of the international legal system that is represented by one centralized government that has supreme independent authority over a geographic area. (Wikipedia)

One could argue that members of the United Nations forego some traditional definitions of “sovereign”, but the U.S. is a specific geographic area over which the government in Washington D.C. is supposed to be asserting authority. The governments of Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and others are effectively “invading” the U.S. by sending women and children over a porous southern border. And we are reaching a critical mass.

The tax dollars of American citizens are being used to feed and shelter groups of illegal immigrants who have been all but invited to move in by the Obama Administration. Border Patrol agents and local governments are being forced to take extraordinary measures to care for these individuals who are largely women and children. This, however, is not the biggest problem.

Criminal invaders are coming with full knowledge of the key words and phrases to use in order to seek asylum here. They are given the false hope, likely by their own governments, that minor children will be treated favorably and not deported. Given that most of these people are Hispanic and poor, the conspiracy theorists are on full alert presuming this to be a crisis orchestrated by the present administration to force the hand of Congress to act on immigration.

There is a “gag” order in place for Border officials, but one such agent has broken his silence to caution Americans about the default amnesty being provided during this humanitarian catastrophe. Further, Agent Hector Garcia states that the drug cartels are actually behind this massive influx of new Latinos and are using it as a distraction to make smuggling drugs and weapons less difficult.

Are we to believe the U.S. government is incapable of closing a border? Is it possible that the cartels and the Obama administration are in “cahoots”? What are American citizens supposed to do when assessing the potential fate of women and children which our laws state should be deported? Does anyone expect an undocumented visitor to actually appear at an immigration hearing? What is the solution?

The answers are complex and somewhat unpleasant, but they are also obvious. When you want to stop a sinking boat, you first plug the hole. By use of the National Guard, Armed forces, state and local police, or volunteer land owners, the border must become impenetrable. Secondly, citizens must require the Congress to stop being “comprehensive” about everything. Stop the leak, and then bail out the water. Amnesty by default cannot be an option. Deportation for those we certainly know are illegal is an unpleasant, but definite reality. Then we can deal with those on expired visas and currently imprisoned. One step at a time until we right the ship!
