PROOF Hillary Lied About Benghazi

Although Hillary was quick to claim, just a few days after Benghazi, that the attacks were the result of an anti-Muslim video, recently released evidence seems to refute those assertions. According to the email pried from the white knuckle grasp of Obama’s administration, intelligence officials knew just hours after the attack that it was the work of terrorists.

The email was titled, “Libya update from Beth Jones,” and details the findings that Hillary was briefed on the same night of the attack. At the time, Jones was the Assistant Secretary of State to Hillary Clinton and had reportedly spoken directly with Libya’s Ambassador on the matter.

Painting quite the clear picture that yet another “phony” scandal is anything but, the Sharyl Attkisson writes:

“When [the Libyan Ambassador] said his government suspected that former Qaddafi regime elements carried out the attacks, I told him the group that conducted the attacks—Ansar Al Sharia—is affiliated with Islamic extremists,” Jones reports in the email.

There is no uncertainty assigned to the assessment, which does not mention a video or a protest. The State Department provided the email to Congress in Aug. of 2013 under special conditions that it not be publicly released at that time. Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) sought and received permission to release it Thursday.

So, far before Hillary briefed the public saying that the Benghazi attacks were the result of a steadily progressive riot on account of an anti-Muslim video, she knew the real truth – that terrorists had conducted a pre-meditated assault.

What do you guys think – did Carney convince anyone when he explained that the Benghazi email wasn’t about Benghazi, or does the recent release prompt more questions? Will we ever learn what really happened or will anyone ever be held accountable? Let us know in a comment below.
