A Las Vegas entrepreneur has solved the mystery of how we can get into the “mile high club” without having to cramp into one of those tiny little airplane bathrooms.
Enter Love Cloud, an airline service that offers scenic tours of Sin City for couples looking to expand their sexual horizons and engage in a little hot fun 30,000 feet above sea level, however the owner, Andy Johnson, says he wants it to be about more than sex.
“I want it to be romantic,” he said to the Las Vegas Weekly, a local periodical. “One of those bucket-list things that you did that you will never forget for the rest of your life.”
The aircraft has been transformed from a Cessna 421, which would normally seat 6, into an aerial love nest that has a custom-made bed complete with a Liberator Heart Wedge and Décor Whirl bolster, or sex pillows for those who aren’t familiar.
It also comes complete with lighting and sound systems to set the mood right and a curtain to block the pilot’s view. Oh, and don’t worry, the pilot will have noise-canceling headphones on during the flight so he won’t be able to hear your escapades.
The company has a cleaning service that cleans every square inch of the plane and uses “cleaning products to kill any and all germs,” Johnson told the local news.
In spite of this sounding like some sort of prank, Johnson said he’s already booked flights and is also trying to get his company on the reality show called “Shark Tank,” where small business pitch their ideas to would-be investors in an attempt to get their ideas funded.
Johnson himself won’t be flying the plane since he pleaded guilty to reckless operation of an aircraft back in 2012 and had to serve 20 days in jail as a result of an incident that happened at a flight school he once owned. But no fears, he says he’ll be running the business from the ground so passengers won’t have to worry.
A 40-minute flight starts at $799 and has available routes over the Las Vegas strip, Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, and the Hoover Dam.
