Planned Parenthood of Northern New England has produced a controversial video targeting teens that promotes sado-masochism and BDSM and how to “safely” engage in the activities, and they did it using taxpayer money.

In 2012 the group received over $2.75 million in government funding, and last year an even larger amount.

It was reported that the video tells teens that for “National Kink Month” BDSM is an “appropriate topic” they should be discussing. The video is hosted by Laci Green and she says “People sometimes think that those who practice BDSM are emotionally scarred or were once abused – not true, it’s a total myth. BDSM relies upon and creates trust.”

PPNNE covers Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire and according to their 2012 report that’s titled “Building a Brighter Future” the president of the organization, Meagan Gallagher talks about why they created this video.

It’s a part of an effort to grow their online presence and infiltrate the minds of our youth. She claims it’s a “social education” project that’s titled “A Naked Notion” and brags about getting young people to take part, mentioning the more than one million views they’ve gotten on their YouTube channel.

Other topics covered in the videos on the Naked Notion YouTube channel are “Pulling Out” as a means of birth control, “Problems with Penises,” “The Morning After Pill,” “Telling Your Partner You Have An STI,” and “Abortion Options.” These are all a part of PPNNE’s claimed intentions that “We are dedicated to protecting the sexual health of teens by providing accurate information, opportunities to explore and establish beliefs and attitudes, and the skills to communicate their needs,” which is found on the “For Teens” section of their website.

The website also says “For teens who are sexually involved, Planned Parenthood is committed to providing resources for safeguarding their emotional and physical health.”

The sites “Resource Center” has a direct link to Naked Notion’s YouTube channel as well.

The project, Naked Notion, is only one part of a much larger initiative the organization is launching across the nation. It plans to set into motion the most extensive, and expensive, political campaign this year. Their midterm campaign is slated to cost over $18 million which will make the organization the biggest spenders for the left, and the democrat party. They’re expected to spend that across 14 different states, including Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Alaska, Montana, and Texas, where they will throw their support behind Wendy Davis, an official from the group said.

Dr. Janice Crouse, from  Concerned Women For America had some harsh words for the group, who she believes is doing more harm than good with their efforts.

“It is so sad to see Planned Parenthood spending millions of dollars making videos for teens promoting bondage and sado-masochistic sexual liaisons,” she said. “They are deceiving Americans by describing their mission as promoting the health and well-being for girls and women. Instead, Planned Parenthood betrays those sincere adults – mostly parents – who give them money. Worse, that money is used for projects like this that exploits girls who are young and vulnerable.”

their campiagn tactics will include aggressively knocking on doors, direct mailers, and television spots across the nation because as Planned Parenthood president Cecil Richards said, “The bottom line is: Many of these races are going to be determined by women and women voters.”

“To the extent that we still have politicians who are running on a platform to repeal women’s access to health care and women’s rights, that’s a losing proposition. “We will absolutely be on the offense on these issues.”
