Ted Nugent: “I Don’t Like Repeat Offenders, I Like Dead Offenders”

Ted Nugent recently took to an interview to discuss gun rights and the fact that these rights surpass that of the U.S. Constitution and were actually given to us by God himself.  During one of his spiels in which he describes that God gave us the right to protect the gift of life, he explains that he would rather criminals be put 6 feet under rather than in prison.  He conveys, “I don’t like repeat offenders, I like dead offenders.”

Ted Nugent has become the face of many gun owners since the Sandy Hook tragedy.  During the wake of the incident, gun grabbers took advantage of the emotions of Americans in order to promote their own political agenda.  Amongst others, Ted Nugent has risen as a leader standing for our Second Amendment, and God given, right to bear arms.

During a recent interview he discussed that the right to bear arms was our forefather’s way of ensuring that Americans have the right to protect their lives.  In this, it gives American’s the best chance at fully perusing their rights to life, liberty and happiness, and also keeps tyranny at bay.

At one point he stated, “I don’t need a document, and I don’t need another man to explain to me, that I have a right to defend my gift of life.”

He goes on to say that for gun grabbing politicians to attempt to tell others how to live their life is beyond an overreach of their authority.  Nugent describes, “There is an argument in America … from a whole gaggle of numbnuts who would try to tell me that they will dictate where, how, and if I can defend myself. I find that preposterous. I find it unacceptable and I will not accept it.”

Most conservative and Republicans will tell you that gun control doesn’t change anything.  It only goes to disarm legal gun owners—those that don’t present a threat to society.  Criminals will always find a way to get their hands on guns and by disarming citizens, the government only makes easier prey out of citizens.  This along with the fact that statistics show that more guns in an area means less crime, makes it hard to understand where gun grabbers are coming from.

Nugent suggests that politicians quit trying to reword and interpret the document our forefathers meant to be taken at face value.  He boldly states, “The Second Amendment of our Bill of Rights is my concealed weapons permit, period.”

He goes on to explain that in an ideal world, everyone would have the right to defend themselves and have a weapon.  He goes on to share several examples where criminals have been released from prison just to go out and commit more crimes, many of which end in innocent bloodshed.  He explains that if people were allowed the right to unrestricted concealed firearms, they would be able to defend themselves and that more than likely, those criminals would get what they deserve.

He exclaims, “I don’t like repeat offenders, I like dead offenders.”

Americans should be able to defend themselves at any time no matter the place.  Those trying to infringe on our God given right to life, should be put down in order to save the lives of countless others.

We are yet to hear a reasonable argument from gun grabbers as to why Americans shouldn’t have guns yet they still march on, to their ignorant drum.  Many of these politicians do not know what guns are, how they operate, or anything remotely relevant to weapons yet they find the need to take them away because they kill people.

Just take a look at this moron below:

Funny thing is, I keep a loaded shotgun next to my bed—it’s yet to go off on a murderous spree and kill me in my sleep.
