A man in North Carolina is charging that managers of a Walmart threw him out of the store for using his cell phone to film a fight between shoppers but those that were involved in the fight were allowed to stay.

Brian Spain filmed the scuffle but says that he was thrown out for doing so. He made his own complaint by posting his video online.

The video shows a little melee with a lot of raised voices and includes one guy wading into the crowd and throwing people around while trying to get at a flat screen TV. Then you can hear someone say out of the picture, “hey, no recording.”
“I went to the Walmart in my parent’s town on Thanksgiving around 8pm,” Spain writes on his Youtube page. “I was driving back to the hotel and I saw it PACKED! Therefore I went in, and expected to interview people about why they are there. Instead I saw this, videoed it, and was promptly kicked out of the store.”
Naturally the video has gone viral reaching over a million Youtube views in just one day.
But as the day wore on Mr. Spain’s town was getting savaged by Twitter users. It got so bad that Spain felt the need to stick up for Elkins, North Carolina.
“I would like to state the people here are very nice and this is not typical,” he Tweeted in defense of his town on Friday.
The craziness continues on this mad, mad shopping day.
