She Saw Them Stuff A Dead Deer In The Trunk Of Their Car – What They Did Next Had Her Calling 911

Last Sunday, a North Carolina woman saw people stuff a dead deer from the side of the road into the trunk of their car. What they did next is horrifying…
The car reportedly brought the roadkill to a Chinese restaurant so that it could be turned into food.
According to The Blaze, the woman snapped a photo of the odd scene after she noticed that the car the deer was being stuffed into was the same vehicle that often delivered Chinese food to her office.
“I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” the woman, who didn’t want to be identified, told WSOC-TV.
The woman followed the vehicle, and was stunned to see it pull behind the China Fun restaurant with the roadkill still in the trunk. Seeing this, she immediately called the police
“They were backed up to the restaurant door with that dead deer in that car they use for delivery,” the witness told WSOC.
Police quickly reported the incident to the Cabarrus County Health Department.
“We went there and found, indeed, they had slaughtered a deer, or were cutting up a dead deer in the back of the parking lot and had already brought parts inside, into the sink,” County Health Director William Pilkington said.
Shockingly enough, this restaurant has been allowed to remain open since the health department made sure the carcass wasn’t butchered inside it, and that there was no cross-contamination.
“There’s nothing that can be done at this point in terms of shutting it down because there was no threat to the public’s health,” Pilkington said.
However, the community believes China Fun should definitely close it’s doors.
“Everyone is really upset about this, and I feel like it should be shut down,” the woman who caught them said.
Health inspectors say they will continue to perform surprise inspections on China Fun for the next few days, and that they will conduct inspections more frequently.
