Patriot Posts ‘Congrats Michael Brown’ Sign – But It’s Not What You’re Thinking

Liberals everywhere are outraged after an Illinois businessman posted a snarky sign to celebrate the one year anniversary of Michael Brown’s death.

Phil Schmidt is the owner of Schmidt’s Welding and Machine Shop in Farmer City, Illinois, and he stirred outrage when he put the sign up in front of his business. According to Infowars, the sign said, “Congratulations Michael Brown: One Year With No Criminal Behavior.”

The sign of course refers to the fact that Brown, who has become a saint among race-baiters, committed a series of crimes during his lifetime. Despite the fact that the sign is perfectly accurate, liberals are livid and want it taken down.

Schmidt, however, has no regrets about putting it up.

“It is what it is — all these people in Ferguson going crazy over a guy that broke the law three times that day, tried to kill a cop, tried to get his gun, it’s crazy,” Schmidt told the press. “What they are doing to cops makes me sick.”

Farmer City Mayor Mike Jenkins submitted to pressure from race-baiters when he spoke out to slam Schmidt and his sign.

“That is absolutely sad,” he said. “When you do something like that, unfortunately it paints a picture of our entire community.”

Despite the backlash, Schmidt says he has absolutely no regrets about what he did. He says that the Ferguson riots prove that our country has lost a “moral compass.”

“I’m not going to dance around somebody because I might hurt somebody’s feelings,” he said. “Everybody knows the way I feel about these things.”
