Obama Likely Heading to COURT After Federal Judge Issues Order

For months now, no-nonsense Judge Andrew Hanen has been doing battle with Obama and his goons over the president’s executive amnesty order. Sick and tired of the bickering, Hanen has just issued a rare order that will force top officials with the Department of Homeland Security to appear in his court in Brownsville, Texas, next month.

“Each individual Defendant must attend and be prepared to show why he or she should not be held in contempt of Court,” Hanen said, according to Conservative Tribune. “In addition to the individual Defendants, the Government shall bring all relevant witnesses on this topic as the Court will not continue this matter to a later date.”

Since Obama is obviously a relevant witness, this could mean that he could be called to PERSONALLY testify in court.

It all started when Hanen issued an injunction ordering the Obama administration to cease issuing work permits to illegal immigrants. The Obama administration then blatantly ignored this when they issued 2,000 work permits to illegal aliens, despite the injunction. Now, the officials must show that they should not be held for contempt for violating the February 26th injuction.

Obama’s government has claimed that any violations of the injunction were an “accident,” so they shouldn’t be held responsible. Hanen, however, isn’t having any of this. He has called the Obama administration’s actions violating his order “unacceptable” and “unprofessional.” Hanen added that he is, “shocked and surprised at the cavalier attitude the Government has taken.”

This order could be HUGE, as this may be the first time Obama appears in court for violating the law. It’s about time that Obama should have to answer for everything he’s done…
