This Federal Judge Just Took Down Obama For Betraying America

On Tuesday, Judge Andrew Hanen ruled against the Justice Department and upheld the injunction he had placed on Obama’s precious amnesty plan with a single word “non-enforcement.”

Hanen also slammed lawyers for the DOJ for lying to the court about whether parts of the amnesty plan had been implemented before his order delayed the program.

“Whether by ignorance, omission, purposeful misdirection, or because they were misled by their clients, the attorneys for the government misrepresented the facts,” the judge said.

He then used Obama’s own words against him, saying they prove he made the right decision to halt the amnesty plan because Obama believes he is above the law.

“In summary, the chief executive has ordered that the laws requiring removal of illegal immigrants that conflict with the 2014 DHS directive are not to be enforced, and that anyone who attempts to do so will be punished,” Hanen wrote.

“This is not merely ineffective enforcement. This is total non-enforcement,” the judge added.

In recent months, Hanen has proved to be a major thorn in Obama’s side. We applaud him for continuing to stand up to the president and hold him accountable for his actions.
