Benjamin Crump, the attorney for the Brown family and race-baiter extraordinaire, has revealed that while the family “put their faith in the justice system,” they were unhappy that the grand jury chose not to indict officer Darren Wilson, and will be doing everything in their power to pursue a legal case against him.

“They will want to know if there’s any federal charges,” Crump told MSNBC’s The Reid Report. The Department of Justice has an ongoing investigation into the Brown shooting, however, reports indicate that there is hardly enough evidence to indict Wilson. Still, our tax-dollars are funding the bogus investigation.

If the federal investigation does not work out in their favor, Crump admitted that family will still not be satisfied that justice has been served. “The only remedy they will have left is a legal civil matter, and so we are going to explore every legal avenue to get them some sense of justice.”

What the Brown family does not seem to understand about the American justice system, is that you don’t get to pick the outcome. A verdict is decided by a jury after examining evidence and hearing witness testimony. Typically, one party doesn’t like the final decision, but it’s fair. It’s just. It’s one of the many things that makes America the greatest country in the world, despite a growing abundance of communities like the one Michael Brown was a part of.
