Parents everywhere are outraged after the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) released a series of inappropriate sexual education slides that were meant to be taught to fifth and sixth graders.

The slides were shown to parents as Andrew Jackson Language Academy and quickly spread all over Chicago. The curriculum appears to teach children about how to have safe anal sex by applying condums.

The slides also tell 10 year-old girls that the morning after pill is “NOT an abortion pill” and that “youth 12 years of age or older can receive sexual health and reproductive services without parental consent.”

The presentation praises the female condum (FC), telling the children that it can be inserted “hours before vaginal sex, so you don’t have to interrupt foreplay to be safe!” It also says that female condums are great for “women, men, and transgender folk” and that it can be used whether you are “gay or straight.”

The CPS is now trying to backtrack, saying in a statement that the “objectionable material presented at Andrew Jackson Language Academy this week is not and never was part of the student sexual education curriculum.”

However, the slides have already been posted at Waters Elementary School as part of the sex ed curriculum for their sixth graders…

Check out the slides below and see what you think. Is this appropriate material for our children to be learning about? Sound off in the comments below!
