Despite the Left saying that racism is an extreme problem within our nation, it seems that the worst offenders are often Liberals. Instead of treating everyone as an equal, progressives are trying to ensure that the Left uses race as a crutch for generations to come.

In an astounding announcement, school textbooks will now include the racial significance of Obama’s election.

The decision, AB 1912, comes out of California where the California Instructional Quality Commission has been instructed to include Obama’s election in the next round of textbooks. According to the bill’s sponsor, Assemblyman Chris Holden, “We want to make sure that future generations understand that the election of our nation’s first African American president was a historic step in the effort towards equality and that previous elections involved intimidation and violence that prevented millions of African Americans from voting.”

Although the ruling has been made, officials don’t expect to see anything regarding the significance of Obama’s election included in the curriculum until the 2015-2016 school year. Until then, Holden has conveyed the importance of the measure being, “the first step toward acknowledging President Obama’s legacy for generations to come.” Furthermore ensuring the partisan brainwashing of children to come, he noted that it is time Obama, “take his rightful place in California textbooks.”
