A rollover crash was caused on a Milton, Wisconsin highwayafter a young punk pulled out his toy gun and pointed it at a passing driver.

The incident reportedly took place on Highway 59 where a boy leaned out the back window and pointed a gun at the car behind him. As a result the driver slammed on her brakes, but didn’t leave enough response time for the driver behind the traumatized driver to slow down resulting in a rear end collision.

The driver who hit the car in front of it grazed off the halting car and sped across the median and into oncoming traffic where it ran into an SUV resulting in a roll over. Shockingly, there were no serious injuries as onlookers report those in the flipped vehicle simply got crawled out from the wreckage.

According to Capt. Jude Maureer, “When seen from a distance it can easily be misconstrued as an actual firearm, which in this case is what happened. The driver felt threatened, felt concerned that she was going to be shot.”

A description of the punks vehicle was given to police and they were able to track him down with the information given. Authorities have since expressed that they will be requesting the boy be sentenced to probation in hopes it gets him to straighten out.
