AWESOME: Mark Wahlberg Does Something HUGE For Our Troops

In today’s society our veterans aren’t given nearly half the respect they’re due as compensation for the sacrifices they’ve made. Unfortunately as Liberal ideology infects our once great and respected nation, it seems that this ungrateful mindset is wearing off on the masses – but not for everyone.
Despite many well known celebrities voicing out disgust over war – and thus our soldiers and veterans – it seems that a few still got the backs of our service men and women. Mark Wahlberg is one such actor who’s really taken a step forward to come head and shoulders above the rest in terms of support for our troops.
Having played the role of a lifetime as Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell in Lone Survivor, it seems that this respect has been made clear abundantly so for Wahlberg – or at least it sure seems that way. While filming the movie, the Hollywood actor, “lead an effort to help military soldiers and their families through the Wounded Warrior Project,” according to Breitbart.
Along with his astounding efforts on that front, he has also taken at least one trip out to personally visit our troop and provide them a bit of entertainment. Although it seems that the soldiers are the excited ones, it’s safe to say that Wahlberg was the one truly honored that day.
Standing in amongst an intimidating population of mindless and ungrateful Liberals, it sure would be easy to just go with the flow. However, as American as we are, it is fantastic to see someone so patriotic and respectful as Wahlberg.
What do you guys think – could we use a few more role models like this in Hollywood? Let us know in the comments below.
