Palin: “Waterboarding Is How We Baptize Terrorists”

Sarah Palin spoke at the NRA convention in Indianapolis this weekend where, at least one of, her comments has gotten Liberals all in a huffy. Saying that if she was in charge, she would put the fear of God into captured terrorists as “waterboarding is how we baptize terrorists.”
This weekend, Sarah Palin used her allotted time to speak with members of the NRA where she covered just about everything from, “’gun free zones’ to freedom of speech.” Hinting at a possible 2016 run, she even conveyed that, “If I was in charge, they (terrorists) would know that waterboarding, is how we baptize terrorists.”
Speaking on the rather mild, and perhaps meek, tactics used on terrorists these days, Palin relays that American politicians seem to have forgotten that terrorists are the enemy. Instead however, out of tolerance, our iron fist is no more as we would just hate to offend anyone, especially of another religion.
Since delivering the well received speech that received a standing ovation, Palin has had to fight off a few attacks, but that didn’t seem to faze her as she’s always had to defend herself. Speaking with NBC News’ Kasie Hunt, she was asked if she would say something of that nature again.
Making the remark just that much better (and that much more infuriating for Liberals), she responded, “Would I make it again? Why wouldn’t I, yeah, absolutely. Terrorists who want to annihilate Americans, innocent Americans, our children — whatever it takes to stop them. If I were in charge, I’d be stoppin’ em.”
So what do you think – did Palin go too far with this comment or has our policy on the dealings with terrorists become less than acceptable? Let us know in the comments below.
